No way.

Well, in spite of Real Life, my thread-droppiness and constant not-hiatusing, Ro has actually hit 1000 comments. Exactly. I just noticed now.

So, for srs: relationship meme! For both Ro and Remy, but make me talk about Ro. Instead of, uh, working on this UStream study I'm supposed to be doing for class. What work ethic?

Crow is weird, but interesting! Robots are commonplace in Ro's time, and Crow looks pretty antiquated to her (lt's like somebody tried to use a lacrosse stick for a sensor net), so the fact that he eats and apparently gets humor is a weird juxtaposition. Humor is totally beyond Zeta, and he's pretty advanced as it is.

...okay homework has killed my brain cells, but basically Ro has started to get past the "wow you are weird" phase into the "hey, that's kind of cool" with regards to Crow. :)

So I think I've only managed to thread with Ro maybe once since the last relationship meme, buuuut if there's anything.

Also, first impressions for Remy on Rakushun?

Yeah, nothing's really changed. So yes, let's do Remy on Rakushun.

Remy is still geeking out a bit over Rakushun. Sure, he's not a rat, but he's accepted enough by the humans back home that he can go to school - which is amazing. And more evidence that humans and ratlike creatures can coexist take that, Dad.

He hasn't seen Rakushun's human form, but that... will probably not dim his view. Remy would find that even more interesting. It might actually get into a discussion about what he identifies as, assuming it comes up when we're threading and I'm not braindead, because being torn between two worlds and what you are is a big thing in Remy's canon.

Ro for Mio?

They haven't threaded enough for Ro to figure out why, but Mio pings her "needs help" radar like whoa. As much as she pretends not to care, Ro has a habit of sticking up for people who are way too meek, naive, whatever to stand up for themselves - or she'll try to teach them how. Ro doesn't exactly know why, but Mio reminds her of one of the quiet ones back in the girls' home who was always bullied and singled out as an easy target.

Right now, though, she chalks that impression up to trauma from being formerly dead.
